Dear Brothers and Sisters - How are you? Firstly I want to congratulate you for completing the Waitankung Research and Training Lessons. This Lesson is coming to the 15th Week, approaching the Main Revision Course. This is the World Waitankung members’ complete training, the main stances, postures and techniques. The contents of this lesson are in the basic, original and magnificent form. Three years are needed to practice and research these basic important techniques which are unchanging methods. Many older members abide by this for one whole life to religiously cultivate and discover hidden mysteries of these techniques. Congratulations! Our Grandmaster researched and spiritually cultivated the precious techniques hidden in this art. It touches deeply internally by using simple forms to develop and mature naturally. His Merits spread throughout the World, but in order to form a solid base on the basic structures of the Movements and Skills – welcome to Taiwan to participate in the actual physical training camp. This is also an important arrangement as a reward to you to strive for a fixed training and researching holiday.
Remember – Our Grandmaster previously conducted Preliminary Waitankung training for 3 years in Central Taiwan. He only taught up to Xian Ren Tuo Tian An De Kung (Palms Facing Skyward and Groundward). So, you have already repeatedly revised the Waitankung stances, postures and techniques. These are precious information. Our Research Center, in consideration of the Operating costs – allow many members to have the opportunity to practice this Waitankung Health Preserving Activity. Consequently, they complete the Preliminary Stage Grade 1 Lessons in 20 weeks.
I hope the participants will go to the newly introduced lessons and activities and also visit the WaiNeiTankung Website and refer to the postings by the pseudonyms – Ren Zheng, Shan Shan, Qing Shan, Chang Xin and Guan Yun in the "Tankung Discussion Corner".

Supplementary Exercises, Han Dao Yin, Waitankung Lessons and the Complete Techniques and Activities: Before this Center launched the whole set of movements and activities, the Instructor has already published the Waitankung stances, postures and techniques and their salient points in the "WaiNeiTankung Website". You can visit them anytime. Show that you have benefitted from the training. Post your Testimonies and share them with others in the "Training Benefit Section".
2. This Main Revision includes Han Dao Yin 7 Movements and Waitankung 12 Movements. Please memorize the names of the Movements and the salient points of the techniques thoroughly so that the training of Waitankung can derive more progress and benefits.
3. The Waitankung training plan of this Center is wide and deep (holistic). It is hoped to make many front liners willing to promote Waitankung to penetrate all corners of the World. The "Tan Qi" can benefit everybody in the world to be happy and healthy. In order to enable the Center to propagate the operations of this Organization and continue to promote the multi-Grade System of the lessons, and the development and refining of the publication – we must improve the volume and the efficiency of the delivery system. [標題三:] Feeling the Xian Tian Qi and your attitude towards it.
Feeling the Xian Tian Qi: Dear Students, your practice of Waitankung lessons has exceeded 4 months. The activation of Xian Tian Qi in Yu Bei Shi up till today has exceeded 100 days. If you have been able to follow the Lesson Plan and practice faithfully at the fixed time for more than an hour daily, the Xian Tian Qi should have softened and relaxed your tendons and bones. Xian Tian Qi – shaking softly and densely will eventually progress to shaking vibrations including the hands, elbows, shoulders chest, abdomen, hips, legs and gentle trembling the 4 limbs, tendons and bones. These will dispel ill-wind from your whole body. Your face will be ruddy and fresh; the palms will be flushed and radiant.
Your attitude in facing this situation: If Xian Tian Qi is too vigorous and excessive – you should use your xin yi (mental will) to control and relax - to avoid the vigorous force of Xian Tian Qi from harming the body. Xian Tian Qi should flow more on the hands and the feet. Allow Xian Tian Qi to flow up and down the body - penetrating the whole body and gradually and naturally flow to the 12 Meridians of the hands and legs. Allow the qi to spread internally and externally; 60o/o to and fro along the 4 limbs and 40o/o passing through the Zang and Fu Organs. If 80o/o of Xian Tian Qi can vibrate densely (mian mi) on the skin, flesh and the outer surface of the skin – it is also another training technique.
