「中心樁」一語，來自粉紅色封面小冊，四、外丹功初級漸進說（第五集）……預備式調息法以綿綿柔柔為主，通身不可用力，全身全放鬆，外丹功全放鬆有中心樁， 中心樁一放鬆則全身全放鬆了。中心樁在那裡呢？在外丹功兌竅中講，不兌竅則不講的。………
