屏息不動念 －－ 如何屏息
屏息是氣息出入微微，亦如「鼻息勻息，息自和」，「守祖契(鼻端)」之意，心念不起是為不動念。亦可謂屏息靜氣。

身體含元 －－ 含元 ，
元即元氣，含即合應，以身體合應先天氣，首應從雙手練起(掌按指翹)，逐漸手臂(預備式)，身體上半身，而後全身含元，亦即「身本體也，體本身也」。

后天和先天氣交合 ，如何含法?
後天氣為體內產生之氣，先天氣為後天氣離體上昇一丈以上之虛氣下降化電能覆身，再經烹練化合入竅門者。

合照 －－用心力?
合照先有電能場，才能用上合照，亦即進入天地人合一之境，先後天交合精練之狀，心力微微調之，不離不棄，御之練之。
