7.前抖後靜功，二合一心法，是如何？
大師薪傳外丹功，在進修班十二功架皆有口口相傳功法，本式前抖後靜功，雙手掌應合運氣，繼續維持雙手臂平行之功架，手臂靜浮於胸前， 先手掌應合得氣，擴及手臂，微微使來回呼應往返於肘尖與指端末稍之間，再微伸中指， 氣自過胸口來回於雙手，並與兩手臂往復合應之氣合二為一 ，是為二合一心法，是以靜持、合應、相生、分合為練， 此實為本式進修功境之基礎，望進修同道勿捨本逐末，其他進修場地請益教練。
