做此法，手指、腳趾伸鬆時，是否要注意其經脈起點，例如5秒伸手大拇指及鬆食指時（或是5秒伸手大拇指，再5秒鬆食指？）， 心意是否放於大拇指（靠食指側）少商穴及食指（靠大拇指側）商陽穴？餘此類推。
心意放法，只要記住那幾枝手指末稍即可，並不需要特別精準經脈及未端穴位，簡單易行，故人人可練之， 此乃外丹功先天氣宏大，而常用部位練法之故。
請參考善善師兄前篇發言的先天氣指端手腕來回，及演化「萬能的手─外丹功的奧密」即可貫融和。
