Lien師兄，所述外丹功十二式功法，先天氣從手掌抖動漸及肩背到全身，此可說涉及手掌與感應的練法了，也點出了先天氣感應的起點、重點、合形，還請大家多深入的探討，如其條件及火候 演進等，供外丹功同道進境參考，是幸。
