關於排除病氣，想起在台中體育場參加指導員受訓，大師講解蹲身甩手百壽功時提到：人受外感之故，血液裏有風邪，日積月累至某一程度， 就成了殺人劊子手。練蹲身甩手雙手平舉胸前抖動，每日習之，把風邪之氣逐漸從雙手十指端射出， 有冰冷之感。在進修班亦有提到，要把「霜」打出來。
佛家有因果論，毋庸置疑的。因果病的處理，若從宗教方面著手較為妥當吧。在外丹功翼臂足翹進修功法裏有兩手心上托置雙肩上方一節， 大師教功時曾說：「感覺五臟空、骨節空，頭腦像一張白紙，此即體虛、真靜。 勤練此式可減輕、消除累世之罪業」。小弟丹境淺所知有限，僅憑一股熱誠而已。 盼望諸師兄師姐及同道先進不吝指教，勿再蟄伏了。
